La Liga scale back Barcelona’s wage restrict after €100m VIP seats sale is excluded
Barcelona have seen their wage restrict decreased dramatically, after the €100m sale of VIP seats on the renovated Camp Nou was formally excluded from La Liga’s calculations. A press release from La Liga particulars that the most recent accounts offered from the Blaugrana don’t embody the sale that was dedicated partially to register Dani Olmo and Pau Victor.

In January Barcelona gave additional particulars on the lease of 475 VIP seats for 30 years on the renovated Camp Nou to the tune of €100m. Buyers Forta Advisors and New Period Visionary Group have already paid €57m of that sum to the Blaugrana within the operation, though La Liga had reportedly been sceptical concerning the integrity of that deal.
Now La Liga have stated that the deal is not going to be included in Barcelona’s wage restrict calculations that may in idea have allowed them to keep up Olmo and Victor registered, relying on the ruling of their case with the Excessive Sports activities Committee (CSD). They word that in December, the €100m sale was included of their accounts by the Institute of Accountancy and Auditor of Accounts (ICAC). Nevertheless upon submitting their accounts to La Liga on the finish of March for additional wage restrict calculations, they have been not named as Barcelona’s auditor.

Their third of the season, this time Crowe have been named as their auditors, after Grant Thornton began as Barcelona’s auditors. Crowe haven’t included the €100m sale in Barcelona’s accounts, and as such, La Liga have now communicated the resultant discount of their wage restrict.
