Napoli midfielder Kevin de Bruyne is about for a prolonged spell on the sidelines after considerably injuring his thigh as he scored a penalty towards Inter Milan.
The 34-year-old clutched his proper thigh after opening the scoring within the thirty third minute on Saturday and was substituted a couple of minutes later.
