Former Liverpool defender Stephen Warnock doesn’t consider Arne Slot would be the membership’s supervisor subsequent season.

“No I do not,” Warnock informed BBC Radio 5 Reside Breakfast when requested if he thought Slot would begin the 2026-27 marketing campaign in cost.
“It is a large ask for them to get a Champions League place. It should be very tough. They’re so inconsistent that I do not see them profitable each recreation till the tip of the season. It should be very tough for him to remain in cost.
“They’re nowhere close to the place they’d prefer to be. It is not gone to plan in any respect.”
When requested if he would need former Reds midfielder Xabi Alonso to interchange Slot, Warnock stated: “I am not too certain whether or not that is the best resolution – that is extra of a nostalgia factor the place individuals need that romance.
