Quite the opposite, Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport writes that after Roma got here ahead as a possible suitor for the Italian midfielder in January, Inter raised the cost to €45 million.
Such a sum is difficult to match mid-season and due to this fact Frattesi could have to stay at Inter till the tip of the season.
